How tall are you? I don't know anyone who wants to be under 120.
Have you had a physical checkup? What does your doctor say?

I can't think of any reason for a person over 5 foot tall for wanting to weigh so little as that. Aside from that, if you have a ligitimate reason for wanting to lose that weight, the only safe way to do it is with a physician's oversight. Be very careful. Your name suggests you want to "live Long." Radical weight lasses will not help you get there.

Switch to a raw diet.. just eat salads, vegetables and fruits all day. quit all carbs, protien etc. If you continue the raw diet for about 15 - 20 days, and combine it with a little exercise (brisk walking, jogging etc) you'll see a major difference in your weight. Walk your dog/s, stay away from elevators, take stairs all the time, no matter how tired you feel (remember, you're never too tired for stairs. its just in our head who wants a lazy way out) When you are coming back home, get off a mile before your house, walk the rest of the way home. ask your companion to take your car. These little things can do wonders. Plus they dont feel hectic as in you dont have to get ready and take out time to go to gym.

C'mon you want to be 90 or even 85lbs, that is extremely light!!

But if you want to lose belly fat I recommend fighting fat with fat. I know that may sound scary and you're probably imaging that you may gain weight rather than lose it, but if you follow the Belly Fat Diet that advocates eating MUFAs (monounsaturated fats) at every meal you will lose weight solely from your belly area.

I agree with estranged911 that you should switch to a raw food diet but would add MUFAs which you can find in natural nuts, olives, olive oil, peanut butter, and avocados,

But at 111lbs I doubt you really have any belly fat!!
